Operations Content Specialist
MariBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) is seeking an Operations Content Specialist to join their Operations Support team. This role is crucial for managing and disseminating information across all operations teams. You will be responsible for the content within our Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), ensuring FAQ accuracy and enhancements, and updating customer service spiels and intents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all materials and information cascaded to operations teams.
- Manage Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) content visualization and management.
- Update and enhance FAQs to improve customer support.
- Develop and update customer service spiels and other messaging requirements for all Operations Teams.
- Drive content management and process visualization for FAQs to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
- 3-6 years of experience in content management, operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating and managing internal content, such as FAQs and customer service scripts.
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) and content management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for content accessibility.
- Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration and consistent messaging.
- Ability to identify and implement improvements in content processes for enhanced customer experience.
