The AI Solutions Architect is a senior, innovation-focused role responsible for designing, prototyping, and launching AI-driven solutions. The role primarily focuses on AI and Digital Employee offerings, ensuring solutions meet real client business challenges.

Essential Functions

• Lead research and application of emerging AI technologies including LLMs, generative AI, and AI agents.
• Architect scalable, secure, cost-effective, and operational AI solutions.
• Design and deliver proof-of-concept implementations to validate technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Innovation, engineering, security, and operations teams to define AI architectures and standards.
• Support sales, client discussions, and technical validations through effective communication.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and contribute to the AI roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the Innovation team.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related field with 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or advanced technical roles. Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, and LLM systems is required. Relevant certifications are preferred. Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid environments, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual pay range is $148,533 - $245,079 plus a 10% incentive target. Detailed benefits information is available on the careers page.
