About The Role: Meta Ads Specialist
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on campaign management, split-testing, and performance optimization, rather than creative production. You will be responsible for launching, monitoring, and optimizing a high volume of campaigns while maintaining strong organizational standards and performance targets. This is a full-time position with core working hours during weekdays. The role is primarily remote, with occasional presence required in Marbella.
What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns at scale
- Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Execute structured A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and funnels
- Maintain clear campaign organization, naming conventions, and reporting
- Identify new scaling opportunities and performance improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign results
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook) Ads campaigns
- Professional English level (spoken and written) — required for daily communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Nice To Have
- Experience with additional traffic sources such as: PropellerAds, TrafficJunky, RichAds, Taboola
- Native, Push, or Display networks
- Experience with split testing at scale
- Experience in performance marketing or affiliate marketing environments
