Sales and Business Development Representative
Maravilla Cleaners is a growing janitorial company expanding into the commercial sector. We are seeking a high-performing Sales and Business Development Representative to drive new business acquisition. This role is designed for a modern, tech-enabled sales professional who leverages advanced AI tools to increase efficiency, scale outreach, and outperform traditional sales approaches. You will be responsible for building the commercial client base while helping implement smarter, AI-driven sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outbound and inbound sales initiatives targeting commercial clients (offices, retail, corporate spaces, etc.).
- Identify, qualify, and engage high-value B2B prospects.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to scale lead generation, personalization, and outreach campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships through virtual communication channels.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems.
- Continuously optimize sales workflows using data and AI-driven insights.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Compensation
- Commission-based structure tied to revenue performance.
- Fixed fee per new client/account secured.
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and/or business development (B2B preferred).
- Strong closing ability and confidence in remote selling environments.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools, including but not limited to: ChatGPT, Claude (preferred), and similar large language models.
- AI-assisted prospecting, copywriting, and personalization.
- Workflow automation and sales process optimization.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with outbound sales tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, etc.).
- Familiarity with building automated outreach systems.
- Experience scaling sales pipelines using AI-driven strategies.

Additional Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
- Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, Bonus opportunities, Performance incentives

- Work Location: Remote (Florida preferred), but open for candidates in LATAM.
