Embraer 190 Captains | Senior First Officers | First Officers
Marathon Airlines S.A., an EASA Operator, is actively expanding its Embraer E190 operations. We are dedicated to building a strong and disciplined pilot group as part of our comprehensive fleet development program.
Fleet Vision
- 6 Embraer E1 aircraft currently in active development.
- Planned introduction of Embraer E2 aircraft by 2027.
- A long-term European ACMI growth strategy is in place.
We welcome applications from both EASA and ICAO license holders.

- Senior First Officers (Unrestricted ATPL – with a clear Upgrade Track to Captain)

Minimum Requirements
- Valid ATPL or CPL (EASA or ICAO).
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid Embraer E190 Type Rating.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Demonstrated strong operational discipline and a professional mindset.
Senior First Officers possessing an unrestricted ATPL and substantial experience on type may be considered for a structured Command Upgrade Program, contingent on operational needs and individual performance.
