Role Overview
As the Customer Marketing Manager at Mappedin, you will be both the voice of the customer and the voice of Mappedin to our customers. You will build and execute strategic marketing programs that engage, retain, and grow our customer base and amplify customer success stories.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention.
- Create and manage tailored lifecycle campaigns including newsletters, emails, and surveys.
- Segment campaigns matching customer journey milestones.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate customer-facing initiatives across multiple teams.
- Encourage customer participation in co-marketing programs (events, webinars, videos).
- Launch and manage advocacy initiatives such as case studies and testimonials.
- Measure performance using KPIs like customer engagement and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align campaigns.
- Guide customers through marketing engagements from quick-turn to high-touch collaborations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of customer marketing or lifecycle marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and targeted messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
- Experience incorporating AI into marketing execution.
Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise customers or in global markets.
