Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and impact-driven Senior Data Engineer to join our Data team. The role is open to mid-level engineers and seasoned leads who can transform complex, changing, and fragmented data into reliable, trusted datasets that empower analytics, AI, and product innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Build Scalable Pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and delivering reliable data.
  • Ensure Data Quality & Security: Implement monitoring, governance, and best practices for system accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate & Enable: Partner with Analysts, ML Scientists, and Engineers to deliver structured datasets and unlock insights.
  • Evolve Our Data Platform: Manage and improve our data warehouse and infrastructure to support analytics, AI, and ML use cases.
  • Innovate: Experiment with advanced data modeling and analytical techniques to enhance system capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and designing ETL pipelines at scale.
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling and warehouse architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Redis.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools including Git, CI/CD, and documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
