Who We're Looking For

As AI reshapes how people search and discover information, Manychat is stepping into the future of SEO. The AI Search Specialist will lead our visibility strategy across AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, Gemini, Claude, and more, working directly with our Global Head of SEO and collaborating with technical and content teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own our visibility strategy across AI-powered search engines.
  • Write detailed SEO- and AI-optimized content briefs.
  • Analyze Manychat's appearance in AI-generated answers.
  • Collaborate with Technical SEO for schema and content structure.
  • Partner with content teams to align blog posts with AI-friendly strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and reverse-engineer their AI positioning.
  • Contribute to internal best practices in an AI-first SEO world.
  • Stay current on AI tools and their impact on discovery.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

You’ll Need:

  • 3–6 years of SEO or content strategy experience.
  • Strong ability to write SEO content briefs.
  • Curiosity for AI search engine retrieval techniques.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google SGE.
  • Working knowledge of SEMrush, Clearscope, MarketMuse, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Deep understanding of content structure and keyword intent.
  • Collaborative skills with writers, editors, and technical stakeholders.

It Would Be Great If You Have

  • Experience with schema or structured data ranking for featured snippets.
  • Experience in SaaS or large-scale editorial SEO.
