Overview
The Product Manager, Enterprise Digital Experience Enablement at Manulife is responsible for delivering and optimizing the Adobe AEM platform and sandbox in support of a broader content platform strategy.
Product Delivery and Implementation
Accountable for planning, executing, and delivering the key capabilities of the Global AEM sandbox. Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to develop detailed user stories, maintain the product backlog, and ensure high quality through user acceptance testing. Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
- Plan and manage Adobe AEM sandbox roadmap
- Align strategies with the Global AEM platform and DAM roadmap
- Provide regular delivery updates
Change Management and Adoption Activities
Champion and drive the awareness and adoption of the Adobe AEM sandbox. Guide stakeholders on its use and prepare them for the transition to the Global AEM Cloud. Develop training materials, demos, and communication plans to ensure smooth onboarding and feature rollouts. Create dashboards and metrics to monitor adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Alignment
Establish strategic relationships with stakeholders across segments and markets. Maintain regular touchpoints, address challenges transparently, and work closely with leadership to resolve issues.
Data-Driven Insights and Strategic Decisions
Utilize structured prioritization frameworks and product data analysis to make informed decisions. Regularly monitor and report on product KPIs to drive the strategic evolution of the AEM platform.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, computer science, engineering or related disciplines with a background in product management, particularly in SaaS environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required alongside experience in agile methodologies and technical communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or related domains, enterprise-grade digital platforms (Adobe AEM, Salesforce), and a proven track record in iterative product delivery using agile methods. Familiarity with AI trends is a plus.
