Overview

The Product Delivery Manager People & Communications Technology role at Manulife is responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Human Resources, Colleague Communications, and Employee Experience Technology solutions. This role bridges strategy and execution by delivering impactful digital solutions that enhance employee experiences.

Position Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead long-term strategies through market research and trend analysis.
  • Lead Product Delivery Lifecycle: Manage agile teams from ideation to release, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Champion User-Centered Design: Represent employee feedback and collaborate with design teams using analytics and testing.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Architecture, Information Risk, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align product vision.
  • Measure & Improve Performance: Define KPIs, monitor performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in product delivery or business systems analysis (preferably in HR technology). Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager) and agile methodologies is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills along with demonstrated experience in applying AI technologies (machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI) are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in change management, project management, facilitation, continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and vendor management.
