About the Role

The Product Delivery Manager – People & Communications Technology at Manulife leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Human Resources, Colleague Communications, and Employee Experience Technology solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping employee technology experiences by bridging strategy and execution to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Position Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead long-term product strategies by conducting market and user research, identifying trends, and maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Lead Product Delivery Lifecycle: Manage agile teams from ideation to release, prioritize backlogs, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Champion User-Centered Design: Translate employee feedback into features, collaborate with design teams, and use analytics and A/B testing to refine experiences.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Architecture, Information Risk, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align vision and facilitate execution.
  • Measure & Improve Performance: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

Experience of 5+ years in product delivery or business systems analysis, preferably in HR technology. Proven experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager) and agile methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI technologies to enhance product capabilities using machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.

Salary, Location & Benefits

This role is based in Toronto, Ontario with a hybrid work arrangement. Salary is expected to range between $94,220.00 CAD and $174,980.00 CAD, dependent on local market conditions and relevant factors. Eligible employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and other custom benefits.
