About the Position

The Marketing Manager Health Strategist & Messaging Lead at Manulife will develop key messaging, marketing collateral, and campaigns. You will support marketing operations and execute digital marketing strategies to engage Group Benefits members and sponsors. This role requires a flexible mindset, a desire to learn, and a drive for continuous improvement while working in Agile marketing go-to-market (GTM) squads.

Position Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the creation and execution of holistic GTM strategies.
  • Craft differentiated positioning strategies and compelling user stories.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver compelling marketing campaigns for product launches and enhancements.
  • Equip sales teams with training, RFP content, and marketing materials.
  • Partner with thought leaders for content creation and speaking engagements.
  • Analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in Agile marketing squad meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
  • Utilize Manulife’s GenAI tools to optimize marketing processes.

Required Qualifications

University or college degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field; 5+ years experience in marketing; excellent writing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Mural; knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools; process and detail orientation; strong project management; analytical skills; familiarity with digital marketing trends including AI; strong relationship management; self-starter and team player.

Preferred Qualifications

Group Benefits, healthcare industry experience; understanding of Agile principles; bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, particularly for Québec candidates.
