Overview

As a Business Development Associate at Manulife, you will support a Regional Sales Team by providing administrative and sales support. This role involves managing advisor communications, coordinating with internal teams, and aiding sales development through targeted campaigns and strategic outreach.

Position Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Sales Support (40%): Manage advisor communications, support events, and resolve client issues.
  • Sales Reporting & Email Campaigns (30%): Create email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, generate sales reports, and assist with logistics.
  • Business Development & Strategic Growth (20%): Organize advisor events and collaborate on promotional initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge (10%): Participate in roleplays, shadowing, and learn regulatory impacts on communications.
  • General Support: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth sales strategy execution.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

A post-secondary education is required along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in banking, financial planning, and Salesforce is preferred. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, especially for candidates in Québec.
