Position Overview: CNC Machine Tool Field Service Technician
This role involves technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced CNC machine tools at customer sites. You will ensure proper installation, calibration, and ongoing maintenance while solving complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
- Provide technical guidance and equipment training.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
- Travel as required to meet customer needs.
Requirements & Benefits
