About the Role
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Resource Management Specialist to support our vehicle sustainment team. This role supports U.S. Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) and Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery (RADR) vehicle operations within the PACAF area as part of the ALECS program.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to worksites globally for mission support and team expansion in the Pacific.
- Engage in daily virtual meetings and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative services including records management, travel planning, and project reports.
- Disseminate finished reports, manage client inquiries, and maintain documentation.
- Oversee data entry, expense reporting, personnel tracking, scheduling, visa processing, and issuance of LOAs and CACs.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
10 years of relevant experience; proficiency in administrative support and coordination; skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting software; ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; valid Driver’s License, High School Diploma or GED, and a valid Passport.
Clearance & Physical Requirements
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Physical capabilities include balancing, bending, carrying, crouching, stretching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and computer work.
