Overview
MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert Human Systems Integrator. This remote role includes up to 30% travel and focuses on leading organizational adoption for complex enterprise IT systems as part of an OEM Digital Transformation program.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management and stakeholder relationship activities.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and coordinate LMS-based training.
- Design and execute adoption strategies incorporating UX and human factors engineering.
- Assess system impact on multi-role users and validate tool usability.
- Support as assistant facilitator for Collaborative Problem-Solving Events (CPSE).
- Participate in cross-stakeholder collaboration and consensus meetings.
- Ensure equitable engagement for hybrid and virtual attendees using digital tools.
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and system interaction for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Factors, Information Systems, or a related discipline with 9+ years of experience in system adoption, change management, or enterprise training implementation. Must demonstrate deep knowledge in human factors engineering, stakeholder-centric methodologies, and enterprise software usability.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human-Centered Design or a related field is preferred. Certifications in Organizational Change Management (e.g., PROSCI), facilitation, or UX Design add value. Experience in digital transformation for defense, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors and familiarity with MBSE tools is advantageous.
Clearance & Physical Requirements
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. The role requires the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, occasional movement within the office, and frequent communication with coworkers, management, and customers.
