Overview

The purpose of the Consultant Experience Manager is to guide Experis Consultants through their lifecycle at Experis. This role supports the delivery team and ensures a positive consultant experience.

Making an Impact

  • Maintain regular contact to build a trusting relationship.
  • Resolve consultant issues swiftly to protect project quality.
  • Provide feedback and performance follow-up, including difficult conversations.
  • Manage client-specific onboarding, offboarding, and orientation.
  • Facilitate training, development, and eventual redeployment.

Sharing Expertise

  • Leverage network and knowledge to tackle complex problems.
  • Support sales with client intelligence for better outcomes.

Gaining Exposure

  • Build rapport with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance.
  • Source leads and project/client information for sales/recruiting.

Thought Leadership

  • Adopt a solutions mindset to resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Suggest process improvements and share best practices.
  • Stay current on workforce trends and offer expert advice.

Your Typical Day

  • Assist with consultant orientation and offboarding procedures.
  • Review status reports and document issues in Bullhorn.
  • Support candidate screening and interviewing as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as pay change requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience.
  • Minimum 4 years in human resources or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Office, and Word.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in employee relations.
  • Staffing industry knowledge and experience.
