We are looking for a new team member for our offices in Helsinki, Tampere, or Turku! If you are an active and professional HR expert with a genuine passion for your work, you might be the HR and Recruitment Consultant – or as we call it, Delivery Manager – we are looking for. What does your daily work consist of?

As a Delivery Manager, you are the face of ManpowerGroup to our clients and the administrative supervisor for our contract employees. You will build strong client relationships, manage recruitment processes from start to finish, and ensure the best possible client and employee experience. Your job description and client portfolio can be tailored based on your experience and interests.

Your key tasks include:

• Maintaining client relationships assigned to you
• Handling personnel leasing and recruitment assignments from start to finish, often in a team with a Talent Acquisition consultant
• Active communication with both clients and recruited employees
• Acting as the administrative supervisor for contract employees working at client companies throughout their employment, including legal procedures related to employment
• Supporting your sales colleagues in client negotiations and participating in sales activities

You will succeed in this role if:

• You have previous experience in recruitment and HR tasks
• You are skilled in self-management and can work systematically
• You communicate fluently in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing
• You are a team player and can adapt to various (including rapidly changing) situations.
• Previous experience in the HR business is considered an advantage
