Overview
The purpose of the Consultant Experience Manager is to guide Experis Consultants through their lifecycle at Experis. This role supports the delivery team and ensures a positive consultant experience.
Making an Impact
- Maintain regular contact to build a trusting relationship.
- Resolve consultant issues swiftly to protect project quality.
- Provide feedback and performance follow-up, including difficult conversations.
- Manage client-specific onboarding, offboarding, and orientation.
- Facilitate training, development, and eventual redeployment.
Sharing Expertise
- Leverage network and knowledge to tackle complex problems.
- Support sales with client intelligence for better outcomes.
Gaining Exposure
- Build rapport with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance.
- Source leads and project/client information for sales/recruiting.
Thought Leadership
- Adopt a solutions mindset to resolve issues collaboratively.
- Suggest process improvements and share best practices.
- Stay current on workforce trends and offer expert advice.
Your Typical Day
- Assist with consultant orientation and offboarding procedures.
- Review status reports and document issues in Bullhorn.
- Support candidate screening and interviewing as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Manage administrative tasks such as pay change requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- Minimum 4 years in human resources or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Office, and Word.
