Overview

The Consultant Experience Manager at Manpower supports Experis Consultants through their lifecycle once onboard. This role ensures a positive consultant experience by maintaining regular contact, resolving issues, and facilitating onboarding and training.

Making an Impact

  • Engage regularly to build trust and positive relationships.
  • Resolve consultant issues quickly to protect project quality.
  • Support new consultants intensively during initial weeks.
  • Provide feedback and handle performance/termination discussions.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and equipment needs.

Sharing Expertise

  • Leverage internal networks to solve complex problems.
  • Assist sales with client insights and performance feedback.

Gaining Exposure

  • Build rapport with internal stakeholders (Experis Care, People & Culture Resource Center, Operations, etc.).
  • Source project leads and share key client information.

Thought Leadership

  • Adopt a solutions mindset in collaboration with teams.
  • Suggest process improvements and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on workforce trends to advise consultants.

Your Typical Day

  • Assist with consultant orientation and offboarding.
  • Review weekly status reports and document issues in Bullhorn.
  • Support candidate screening and interviewing as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years in HR generalist or related administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Office, and Word.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in employee relations.
  • Staffing industry knowledge.
