Managing Immigration Attorney at Manifest Law
Manifest Law is seeking an experienced employer-side immigration attorney to build and scale their own corporate immigration practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage technology, business development, and operational support to accelerate practice growth beyond what is possible independently.
About the Role
As a Corporate Immigration Practice Owner, you will be the lead attorney for your practice, supported by Manifest's infrastructure. You will manage a team, ensure high legal quality, and maintain aggressive service level agreements. This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to focus on legal work and client relationships while minimizing administrative burdens.

Compensation Structure:
- Manifest-Sourced Clients: Base salary plus profit share based on team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary representative of the corporate immigration practice, engaging in thought leadership, social media, events, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and Legal teams at client companies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of immigration attorneys, ensuring adherence to Manifest's high standards.
- Uphold rigorous legal quality, meet aggressive service level agreements, and provide proactive client communication.
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar admission.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in employer-side immigration law, including H-1Bs, PERMs, intracompany transfers, and global mobility.
- Proven experience in managing or developing legal teams.
- Comfort with public-facing activities, including thought leadership and client events.
- An established professional network within HR, Legal, or People Operations circles.
- A strong ambition to build and grow a legal practice.
