Immigration Attorney – Corporate Practice
Manifest Law is seeking talented Immigration Attorneys to join our growing employer practice. We are hiring at all experience levels, from associates to senior attorneys, for a full-time, remote position within the U.S.
What You'll Do:
As an Immigration Attorney at Manifest Law, you will handle the full spectrum of employer immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-2/EB-3 green cards, and E-1/E-2 visas. You will work with a diverse range of companies, from startups to large enterprises, with complexity and autonomy scaling with your experience.

What We're Looking For:

- Senior (6+ years): Deep expertise in employer immigration; ability to serve as a strategic advisor; drive towards practice leadership.
Across all levels: A J.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates), full commitment to Manifest's standards, self-motivation, organization, deadline-driven work ethic, and clear, proactive communication skills.
Compensation:
$130,000–$250,000. Base salary is commensurate with experience. Bonus is tied to output and quality. Potential for $200K–$1M+ with practice leadership.
