Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Business Analyst passionate about healthcare technology and clinical operations. This role empowers vascular surgery practice teams by delivering hands-on EMR support, training, and workflow optimization across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for EMR-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Provide both in-person and virtual training to staff on EMR systems.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and standardized patient data entry.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and support system configuration and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
Attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills are required. Basic proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic and Athena and with spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, up to 2 years in EMR support, and familiarity with healthcare terminology and HIPAA standards are preferred. Adaptability to a multi-location environment is a plus.
Working Conditions
This is a primarily remote-based role with occasional office travel (1–2 days per week) across Maine, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and may require after-hours work for urgent IT issues.
