Context
In a context of continuous evolution of fiscal regulations and digitalization of Finance processes, our international group is strengthening its IT Finance team and recruiting an E-Invoicing & E-Reporting Referent. You will act as the reference expert on electronic invoicing and fiscal reporting topics, supporting the group's entities in complying with and optimizing their Finance flows. Reporting to the BOS (Business Operations Solutions) Finance team, you will hold a transverse and strategic role, at the interface of Finance, Tax, IT, and business teams, with a particular responsibility for SAP solutions, especially SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
Mission
As the E-Invoicing Referent, your main responsibilities will be:
- Be the point of reference for e-Invoicing / e-Reporting topics for MANE Group entities (fiscal compliance, local and international obligations).
- Lead and contribute to regulatory compliance projects (France and international).
- Analyze regulatory requirements and assess their impact on processes and systems.
- Design, configure, and evolve SAP DRC solutions and associated E-Invoicing systems.
- Ensure the proper integration of electronic invoicing flows within the SAP ecosystem (O2C, P2P) and work closely with SAP FI & CO, MM, SD functional and technical experts in the implementation and operational maintenance of solutions.
- Work on data aspects, exchange formats, and data quality (XML, Factur-X, mapping of regulatory fields).
- Coordinate exchanges with Finance, Tax, IT teams, as well as external partners (PDP, software vendors, integrators).
- Manage testing, deployment, and support phases.
- Ensure regulatory and technological watch and anticipate future developments.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and user support.
Your Profile
A confirmed profile with at least significant experience in E-Invoicing / E-Reporting projects. Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) is strongly desired. Experience in an international and multi-entity environment.
Functional Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Finance processes (invoicing, accounting, VAT).
- Good command of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
- Understanding of fiscal compliance and control issues.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of SAP FI, ideally S/4HANA.
- Understanding of integration flows, interfaces, and exchange formats (XML, UBL, Factur-X, API...).
- Sensitivity to data, traceability, and electronic archiving issues.
