Role Overview

The Vice President Business Analyst Tech & Change is responsible for leading business analysis activities from data analysis to operational readiness in a complex, cross-functional environment. The role involves producing detailed requirements, managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring robust solution design, all while mentoring a team of business analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis & Data Interpretation: Define concepts, develop business cases, produce requirements including epics and user stories, conduct interviews, run workshops, and perform detailed data analysis.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with multiple teams, ensuring clear stakeholder communication and documentation of business requirements aligned with project objectives.
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to establish solution design, ensuring technology builds align with requirements and testing protocols.
  • Line Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts, handle resource allocation, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  • Process & Improvement: Establish frameworks for requirements, drive operational readiness, and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills

15+ years of experience with proven leadership in business analysis. Experience in Agile, Scrum, and familiarity with sustainability or ESG regulatory projects is advantageous. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
