About the Role

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Deliver user stories and project deliverables on time.
- Assist in developing business cases and operating models.
- Support benefits realisation and requirements gathering via interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Participate in stakeholder communication and ensure information accuracy.
- Collaborate with project teams, challenge assumptions, and support test planning.
- Reconcile internal records, manage trade lifecycles, and ensure operational readiness.
Operations Technology Specific Responsibilities
- Regular reconciliation of financial and investment records.
- Manage trade lifecycle including confirmations, settlements, and discrepancies.
Knowledge and Skills
Key skills include stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, facilitation, and analytical thinking. Experience in asset management, familiarity with portfolio management processes, and exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira are highly valued.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate is a graduate with 6+ years total experience and a minimum of 2 years as a Business Analyst in Asset Management, with strong cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
