Purpose
The Administration Assistant & Driver supports all Academy transport requirements and associated administrative duties under the Transport Co-ordinator. The role ensures safe, reliable, and professional transport for players, trialists, staff and families, while providing comprehensive administrative support.
Your Impact
- Deliver safe, efficient, and well-organised transport services.
- Perform high-standard administrative tasks: scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Identify operational challenges and propose innovative transport solutions.
- Coordinate daily transport schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Foster strong working relationships with staff, players, parents and stakeholders.
- Support logistics for pre-season tours, tournaments, and events.
- Maintain departmental vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Over 25 with minimum 2 years driving experience.
- Clean driving license and UK Passport.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Proven administrative experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and team spirit.
- Willingness to work unsociable hours if required.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of legal driving regulations and travel bookings.
- Familiarity with additional languages like French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Experience with transportation, young people, or pre-season travel arrangements.
- Willingness to obtain D1 category driving license if not already held.
