Role Overview

The Client Relations Associate supports the US Sales Team by providing associate level support, managing client inquiries, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating reporting, and supporting various client initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries.
• Maintain CRM with client records, activities, and pipelines.
• Coordinate ad hoc requests and create timely reports for senior management.
• Assist in client onboarding and complex investor transactions.
• Organize portfolio reviews, due diligence meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
• Facilitate client subscription and redemption processes and monitor trade flows.
• Oversee new commercial agreements and ongoing maintenance of these agreements.
• Coordinate with the Compliance team on client restriction and error notification processes.

Key Competencies

• Interest in active alternative asset classes including systematic and discretionary strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in sales, investor relations, or investment operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to develop strong client relationships at multiple levels.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and other tools are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range is $80,000 to $110,000 USD plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
