About The Role

The Senior Brand Activations Manager for Lume is responsible for developing and executing 360 regional and national marketing activations that bring Lume and Mando to life. This role drives engagement via innovative partnerships, sponsorships, events, and experiential marketing initiatives.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations.
  • Identify and negotiate partnership agreements to drive sales.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Plan and oversee budgets ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Maintain brand consistency and monitor market trends and data.

This Should Describe You

You have 7+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, event, project, and budget management. Experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands is a plus. You bring creative thinking, robust negotiation skills, and data-driven decision making while managing multiple projects concurrently.

Who You'll Work With

Reporting to the Brand Director, Lume, you will collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Operations, Creative, Marketing, DTC, and Retail teams to deliver impactful brand activations.

Work Model

This role is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our 70,000 sq ft SoHo office in New York.
