Join our innovative fintech startup where you can shape the future of financial solutions for SMBs. In the role of Customer Success & Sales Specialist, you'll drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and ensure successful customer implementation.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead inbound and outbound sales conversations with potential customers.
  • Run online demos, screen-sharing sessions, and product presentations.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth implementation process.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and manage ongoing customer success.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer success, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with phone-based sales or consultations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using digital tools.
  • Background in accounting, finance, fintech, or working with SMBs is a major plus.
  • Ability to present, sell, and train using screen-sharing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Minimum 1+ years of work experience in sales.
