Job Overview

MAKO INDUSTRIES is seeking an experienced, licensed Journeyman Service Plumber to service our commercial clients immediately. This role primarily involves diagnosing plumbing problems, performing repairs, installing, assembling, maintaining and repairing pipes and plumbing fixtures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs.
  • Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures.
  • Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs.
  • Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function.
  • Follow state laws, regulations and adhere to local building codes.
  • Back Flow certificate is a PLUS.

Requirements

  • Completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Valid state plumbing license - Tradesman and/or Journeyman Plumber License is a MUST (Current).
  • Ability to read technical designs and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Expert knowledge in piping and ventilation systems.
  • Availability to work on call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies.
