Overview
The Senior Coordinator, Player Engagement Logistics role with Major League Baseball (MLB) is a seasonal position focused on delivering top-tier administrative and logistical support within the Player Engagement team. This position supports the department head and ensures a premium hospitality experience for players and talent.
Responsibilities
- Provide calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative support to the department head.
- Manage player/talent hospitality, including transportation, hotel bookings, and travel logistics.
- Serve as the primary contact for logistics and hospitality for players and talent.
- Handle ticketing for players, talent, agents, and business partners.
- Support Talent/Celebrity Programming and Player Engagement activations.
- Assist with movements related to the Commissioner Ambassador Program (C.A.P.).
- Ensure a top-tier A-to-Z experience that reflects MLB’s professionalism.
- Collect feedback through surveys to enhance future activations.
Qualifications & Skills
Applicants should have a 4-year degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Experience in providing administrative support and managing hospitality for high-level stakeholders is a plus. Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Compensation
Pay Range: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour. The final offer will consider work experience, education, and additional relevant factors.
