Tech Lead AI at Maitha
At Maitha, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects involving Artificial Intelligence and high-impact digital solutions, contributing to the construction of scalable and innovative platforms in an environment that values collaboration, autonomy, and continuous technical evolution.
We are looking for a Tech Lead with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, capable of technically leading a development team, supporting architectural decisions, and ensuring the quality of solutions. This person will be a technical reference, contributing to the team's development and the evolution of applications that use AI as a strategic part of the solutions.
Principais responsabilidades
- Lead the development team technically, supporting the definition of solutions and system architecture.
- Guide developers in good development practices and code standards.
- Participate in the development of applications using Python, Node.js, React, and Java.
- Actively build solutions that integrate Artificial Intelligence into products and services.
- Support the resolution of complex technical challenges and strategic decisions.
- Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on continuous product evolution.
O que buscamos
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference for engineering teams.
- Solid experience with Python, Node.js, React, and Java.
- Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and AI-based solutions.
- Knowledge of software architecture and good development practices.
- Experience with APIs, integrations between services, and modern web applications.
- Good communication for interacting with technical teams and business areas.

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
