Assistant Brand Content and Social Media Intern

About the Role

You are joining the Strategic Marketing & Creation Department at Maison Francis Kurkdjian, within the Digital & Media team. This internship will allow you to be fully involved in the management and creation of content for the House's social media channels.

Job Responsibilities

Social Media & Paid Media

• Actively participate in the development and management of the editorial calendar on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn: content proposals, planning, post creation, video editing (TikTok, Reels, etc.), caption writing, asset selection, and adaptation to different markets.
• Take charge of publication scheduling and comment moderation, in coordination with the customer service team.
• Benefit from great autonomy and the team's trust: manage projects from A to Z, with the possibility of leading major campaigns (e.g., Christmas 2025 campaign), and have creative freedom under validation.
• Conduct active monitoring: track social media trends, benchmark competitors in the luxury and haute perfumery sector, and propose innovative ideas to strengthen the House's presence and image.
• Verify and approve assets received from media agencies before publication: check formats (stories, posts, mobile, etc.), link consistency, visual selection, and adaptation to target audiences and markets.

Brand Content

• Participate in the logistical preparation of photo shoots (preparing packages, organization, delivery tracking, asset exploitation).
• Collaborate with the creative studio for the layout and adaptation of digital content, adhering to the graphic charter.
• Write media briefs for asset adaptation, in coordination with the studio.
• Monitor post-production and asset delivery for each campaign, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Profile

• Education in communication or marketing (Master's level 1 or 2) with a strong interest in social media and digital content creation.
• Previous experience in a communication agency or an image/digital department is appreciated.
• Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive approach to imagining innovative social media content.
• Organization, rigor, and the ability to meet deadlines, even during peak periods.
• Adaptability, dynamism, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude, with numerous stakeholders.
• Video editing and image retouching skills, and a good understanding of social media codes are appreciated.
• Operational English level required.
