Role Overview: Website Growth Manager
This remote position in North America is for a Website Growth Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our website consistently delivers measurable growth in leads and product signups. You will take full ownership of the strategy and execution for conversion rate optimization, personalization, and analytics, with a significant emphasis on leveraging AI to accelerate insights and experimentation. Success in this role requires close partnership with design, engineering, and product marketing teams to develop high-performing landing pages, robust scalable infrastructure, and compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize website conversion by designing and executing A/B tests and implementing personalization strategies, utilizing AI tools (e.g., Clay, ChatGPT, Claude) to gain rapid insights and deliver highly tailored messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team to enhance website content for search engine optimization, specifically focusing on AI-driven search and product-led SEO initiatives where appropriate.
- Partner with design, product marketing, and demand generation teams on creating effective landing pages, executing site redesigns, and improving information architecture to boost usability and conversion rates for leads and trials.
- Lead and prioritize the web development queue, effectively balancing growth experiments, campaign support, and search optimization efforts.
- Take ownership of website analytics and attribution by building comprehensive dashboards, meticulously tracking conversions, and working with Marketing Operations and engineering to ensure accurate reporting and clear funnel visibility.
- Integrate qualitative research methods (such as usability tests, heatmaps, and surveys) with quantitative data, employing AI-driven analysis to refine and optimize conversion paths.
- Ensure the website's quality, scalability, and performance through regular audits, continuous monitoring, and AI-based anomaly detection.
- Research, recommend, and manage essential tools for analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and AI-enhanced web marketing.
- Update and publish new content and web pages efficiently using Webflow.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in web or growth marketing, with a preference for B2B SaaS environments.
- A proven track record of successfully running A/B tests and achieving measurable improvements in conversion rates.
- Strong capability to apply AI technologies for personalization, content optimization, and advanced data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with various AI tools (e.g., Clay, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms).
- Proficiency with Webflow and Optimizely (or comparable A/B testing and experience optimization tools).
- Extensive experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and attribution modeling.
- Knowledge of tracking and measuring AI search/chat traffic, including referrals, click-through rates, and attribution.
- A solid understanding of technical web performance factors (e.g., Core Web Vitals, page speed, and general SEO best practices).
- Experience collaborating with SEO teams to implement product-led SEO strategies and optimize for AI-driven search environments.
- Familiarity with AI-first search standards such as LLMs.txt and schema markup.
- Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Bonus points for experience with AI-supported localization and multi-language web operations, as well as language skills in Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese.
