Responsibilities
The Sales Enablement Manager will elevate the performance of our XDR Organization by coaching, training, and developing scalable enablement programs. You will partner closely with XDR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure reps and frontline managers are fully equipped to drive high-quality pipeline generation.
- Develop and deliver training on prospecting, messaging, objection handling, qualification, and discovery.
- Reinforce proven sales methodologies like SPIN, MEDDPICC, Challenger, and value selling.
- Listen to calls and provide targeted coaching and improvement strategies.
- Create and maintain enablement resources including call guides, playbooks and objection libraries.
- Drive tech stack adoption with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and others.
- Analyze performance data to fine-tune training content and initiatives.
- Support onboarding and continuous upskilling programs for both new and tenured reps.
- Champion AI-driven sales enablement to integrate advanced tools and insights.
About You
You bring a minimum of 3+ years in Sales/Revenue Enablement and sales experience within SaaS. You are experienced in coaching and training, with a strong capability to listen, provide actionable feedback, and drive behavior change. Proficiency with sales platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and others is essential. Your communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal fit.
