Role Overview: Marketing Manager Customer Advocacy & Campaigns

This role focuses on amplifying customer voices and driving webinar programs that deliver valuable content to both existing and potential customers. You will manage review platforms, oversee our webinar program, and execute multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement, advocacy, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage core customer review sites including G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, account managers, and customer success to source reviews and case studies.
  • Facilitate the MaintainX webinar program by identifying trending industry topics and managing webinars end-to-end.
  • Promote webinars through email, in-app channels, newsletters, social media, and other outlets.
  • Drive the creation of monthly customer newsletters in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and execute email campaigns for webinars, review initiatives, and newsletters.

What You Bring

  • 4 years of experience in B2B marketing in a similar role.
  • Experience working with customer review sites such as G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Proven experience managing webinars and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Based in the greater Toronto, Montreal, Raleigh, or San Francisco areas.
  • Experience in asset-intensive industries like manufacturing and distribution.
  • Experience using HubSpot for email marketing.
