About the Role

As the Director of Brand Campaigns, you will own the strategy and execution of high-impact brand campaigns that drive awareness, credibility, and pipeline growth. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing & Strategy, you will be a creative storyteller, strategic thinker and collaborative leader tasked with unifying messaging and managing sponsorships and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Brand Campaigns: Design and launch initiatives that drive market impact.
  • Unify Messaging: Ensure consistent storytelling across digital, events, product, and executive communications.
  • Drive Sponsorships: Manage strategic sponsorships and partnerships to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align campaign strategies with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track performance and continuously refine campaign strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8-12+ years experience in B2B brand or integrated marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Proven track record executing brand campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Expertise in managing sponsorships and large-scale partnerships with clear ROI.
  • Strong program management skills and excellent storytelling instincts.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to brand performance.
