About the Air Export Operations Role at Mainfreight Europe
Mainfreight Europe is seeking a highly motivated team member for an Air Export Operations position at their air freight branch in Schiphol, The Netherlands. Duties & Responsibilities
Based in Mainfreight's Amsterdam Air Freight branch, this role primarily focuses on providing outstanding customer service and operational support to clients. The core responsibility involves managing export shipments from their confirmation through to final delivery. This includes:
- Liaising with Mainfreight's overseas branches and partners.
- Directly engaging with customers, the Mainfreight transport team, and airlines.
- Coordinating effectively with Dutch Customs.
- Making crucial decisions to ensure cargo moves efficiently and is delivered in full and on-time.
