About the role
Clinical Pharmacist - Maine Medical Center
MaineHealth is expanding its retail pharmacy services in the Southern Maine region. We are seeking motivated and patient-focused pharmacists to join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility on Brighton Avenue in Portland. About the Role
The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
- Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
