Manager - Business Analyst (SAP MM)

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited is seeking a Manager - Business Analyst with expertise in SAP MM. This role will oversee a team, drive process improvements and work closely with IT.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Oversee a team of associates to maintain part prices in SAP (MM Module).
  • Identify process and system gaps for improving productivity and error-prevention.
  • Design and implement process and system improvements.
  • Work with IT to implement and test process and system enhancements.
  • Facilitate master data maintenance of the MM module.
  • Conduct MIS and Analysis related to price changes in the system.

Education Qualification

  • B.Tech/BCA (Diploma in IT added advantage)

General Experience

  • 5 to 8 years experience

Critical Experience

  • Business Process Knowledge – proficient with SAP MM Module, SAP Fiori Application, Excel, Power BI, Qliksense, Cordys (Optional)
  • Exposure to working with IT in designing, implementing, and testing solutions
