Why Join This Team?
This position is for a detail-oriented and experienced UX Researcher. You will work closely with UX Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders to gather and analyze user data that informs design decisions and enhances product usability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Analyze and synthesize research findings for actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research data
- Create detailed research reports, personas, journey maps, and presentations
- Advocate for a user-centered design approach
- Stay current with UX research methods and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, HCI, Design or related field
- 3+ years of UX Research experience
- Proficiency in research methods and tools (usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, user interviews)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (5-10%)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in digital forensics
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
- Knowledge of UX design principles
