Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Architect with a passion for technical depth and broad influence. This role involves designing architecture, writing code, and focusing on developer experience, scalability, and performance. You will be instrumental in leading modernization efforts, building shared frameworks, and promoting best practices at scale. As a Front-End Architect, you will shape the foundation of our SaaS products, empowering product teams to deliver faster, safer, and more consistent customer experiences. You will collaborate with Senior Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to create a unified, scalable frontend platform across multiple SaaS products. This is a hands-on technical leadership position, combining architectural design, development, and mentorship.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional frontend development experience, with deep expertise in major frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 4+ years of experience shipping SaaS solutions to production (AWS, Azure, or GCP), balancing technical vision with delivery.
- Excellent mentorship and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and challenge senior developers.
- Clear and confident communication, adept at explaining tradeoffs, documenting patterns, and building trust across teams.
- Comfortable leading by example, prototyping ideas, proving new patterns, and scaling them through evangelism and mentorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice To Have Skills
- Strong experience designing and implementing extensible frontend architectures (e.g., modular React apps, micro frontends, plugin systems).
- Experience with our frontend stack (MUI, Vite[st], Tanstack, Emotion) and related technologies (AWS, Docker, Grafana, AzDO).
- Experience improving frontend developer experience (DX) through tooling, faster local dev loops, observability, feature flagging, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and internationalization best practices.
- Exposure to domain-driven design concepts for frontend modularization.
- Understanding of AI systems, including LLM architectures, token generation, and MCP frameworks.
- Enthusiasm for using agentic AI and other modern practices in the SDLC.
Compensation And Benefits
The compensation range provided is for the primary job location. Actual compensation may vary based on factors like location, qualifications, experience, and skills. For roles with an incentive component, the range represents total target compensation (base salary + variable).
US Salary Range: MIN: $154,000 - MID: $220,000 - MAX: $264,000 (USD) per year
Canada Salary Range: MIN: $137,900 - MID: $197,000 - MAX: $236,400 (CAD) per year
