What You Will Accomplish
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly territory plans.
- Create diverse deal sizes and build a pipeline through prospecting.
- Cross-sell and up-sell within an existing client base.
- Conduct lead qualification, marketing opportunity evaluation, and in-person presentations.
- Facilitate technical product demonstrations with Solution Consultants.
- Manage product trial lifecycles and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Perform customer needs analysis and solution selling with persuasive negotiation.
- Travel up to 30-50% of the time; candidates must reside in MA, CT, VT, ME, RI, or NH.

- High-energy sales professional with regional strategy experience.
- Direct or indirect software sales experience, particularly in the public sector.
- Consistent quota achievement and strong negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range for this role is USD with total target compensation between $126,000 and $234,000. Benefits include generous time off, competitive compensation, volunteer opportunities, recognition programs, employee resource groups, and comprehensive healthcare and retirement plans.
