Key Account Specialist
If you wish to be part of an enthusiastic, dynamic, and performance-oriented team, we invite you to apply for the position of Key Account Specialist, for the Croma Pharma portfolio, within our company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives by promoting and selling products from the assigned portfolio through consultative selling, according to company strategies.
- Promotes portfolio products to doctors and pharmacists, according to the marketing plan.
- Develops and maintains relationships with decision-makers in the activity area (doctors, pharmacists, authorities in the medical field).
- Supports product presentations for doctors and pharmacists.
- Participates in conferences, congresses, and specialized symposiums and prepares reports on the activity carried out.
- Contributes to the development and management of the database of all clients in the assigned area.
- Promotes the company's name, image, and services in customer relations.
- Establishes, maintains, and develops business relationships with authorized distributors and all clients in the assigned area through regular visits (depending on routes, needs, and opportunities).
- Identifies business opportunities in the allocated sales area, analyzes competitor activities, and proposes actions to create a competitive advantage for portfolio products.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate (Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, or similar faculties is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical promotion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Objective-oriented.
- Enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit.
- PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Valid driving license category B and availability for travel.
