Position Summary

Magna Legal Services is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. This fully remote role focuses on building and deploying AI/ML solutions in legal, medical, or professional services contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product managers.
  • Maintain and optimize deployed AI systems ensuring reliability and compliance.
  • Integrate AI into existing platforms including NLP and document quality control tools.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI trends and tools.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and innovation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering building production-grade systems, with proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and scikit-learn. Solid experience in NLP techniques and deploying models via Azure cloud services. Familiarity with MLOps practices and strong problem-solving abilities are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal tech, health tech, or regulated industries.
  • Understanding data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI considerations.
  • Integration of AI in SaaS platforms and automation systems.
  • Experience with dotnet applications review and development.
