About the Role
The Technical Project Manager role at Technical Project Manager is pivotal in driving the Agile development of software products within Magna New Mobility. This position focuses on leading multiple software product lines such as Unified Factory and Smart Pick applications, ensuring projects align with timelines and goals.

Role Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Prioritize tasks and manage the project backlog for efficient workflow.
- Communicate updates with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present accurate project reports.
What You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in project management or Agile development methodologies.
- Agile Certified Professional, PMP or SCRUM Master certification preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Hiring base salary range is provided with performance-based bonus eligibility, determined by qualifications and market data.
