Job Responsibilities
- Development, maintenance, evolution, and content management of engineering and software websites, including search engine optimization (SEO) and monitoring.
- Support and content management for the site's intranet.
- Creation of newsletters and invitations according to corporate guidelines, including post-processing.
- Planning and implementation of social media and communication activities.
- Main coordination, planning, organization, and execution of the periodic ECS Simulation Conference and similar events.
- Creation, design, and maintenance of all print, web, and presentation materials according to Corporate Identity and Corporate Design.
- Creation and editing of photo, video, and 3D content, as well as selection and maintenance of media materials.

We are looking for an individual who will perfectly complement our marketing department with organizational talent, flexibility, and a "hands-on" mentality, becoming a valued new point of contact for marketing matters with strong team and communication skills.
Your Qualifications
- Completed education (apprenticeship, HTL, or FH/UNI) with a focus on Marketing, Media Design, Graphic Design, Media Management, or similar.
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position.
- Project management skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong customer orientation.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Very good IT skills (MS-Office, CMS systems/Typo3, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM system, etc.).
- Strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of independent work and self-reliance.
- Creativity and willingness to innovate.

We are committed to offering a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross annual salary (for 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is a minimum of € 47,600 for this position. Overpayment is common practice based on relevant experience and qualifications.
