Role Overview

The Customer Success Enablement Manager is responsible for elevating the effectiveness of the Customer Success organization. You will design and deliver scalable enablement programs to drive customer adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and standardize multimodal enablement programs (live, self-serve, role-play).
  • Analyze CSM performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to prepare CS for new feature launches.
  • Implement leadership frameworks and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Identify skill gaps and deploy targeted training interventions.

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies, preferably EdTech. Demonstrated success in Customer Success strategy and enablement with a focus on adoption, retention, and expansion. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and translate data into strategic recommendations.
