Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Flight Operations and Logistics, the Flight Operations Advisor is a key role in the Client Services Department. This operations-focused position ensures day-to-day flight operations are executed with safety, compliance, and excellent client service.

Essential Functions

• Conduct feasibility checks for Charter, Jet Card, and Membership trip requests.
• Review and manage itinerary changes ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Perform safety background checks on Flight Crews and aircraft.
• Communicate with aircraft operators and oversee active trip flight-following.
• Identify and resolve flight deviations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide operational and regulatory guidance to Client Experience and other teams.
• Support training seminars and contribute operational insights during meetings.

Competencies

Knowledge: Aviation operations background, FAA regulations, aircraft performance, weather impacts, NOTAMs, customs and international requirements.

Skills: Strong multitasking, excellent communication, customer service focus, attention to detail.

Abilities: Problem-solving under pressure, managing multiple operations, ensuring safety and compliance, flexible scheduling.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Primarily office-based with 1 remote day per week. Role includes moderate office noise, occasional movement, extended computer use, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Position Details

This is a full-time exempt position with potential occasional overnight travel for conferences, client meetings, or operational oversight.
